I’m especially here to accompany you around and during transitions in your life. These phases and this internal terrain where subtle or big changes call for presence. For a deeper degree of self witnessing and also being heard and being seen in what you’re going through.
Time which appear like space in between, where the old doesn’t work anymore and the new isn’t fully born yet. Let me assure you, these times are fully valid and even very essential for our evolution - even when parts of us want to “be somewhere else - right now”. I see these times and places as doors and invitations to come more fully alive, while you discover yet unknown places within you. Recognizing these times as doorways to get more intimate with your uniqueness. And at the same time remembering the sense of being part of nature and the world.
I’m here to support you to first of all recognize, acknowledge, honor and walk this terrain of change, disintegration, transformation. These times of the liminal can be evoked by losses of different kinds, big grief, sudden changes, birthing processes, relational challenges, a question that’s alive within you or a whole phase of perceived confusion that you find yourself in. It can also be a conscious process of “leaving home” and leaving the known behind. In these times (as I know very well from my own experience and others) - someone to sit with and to be witnessed by and who has walked that kind of terrain before you is very precious.
I’m sitting with you in support of your own ability to listen more deeply.
To slow down … and to listen, what your inner wise places are saying, what life and nature is saying here ... through you, within you or through a mirror in the outside world. I support you with the integration of yet unintegrated experiences from the past, as they show up in the here and now.
A few more words about these times of transition …
These times can be - even though often challenging in their intensity - very fruitful times, when recognized as what they are. In order to get in touch with the golden thread in there, it’s vital to stay in touch with the experience here and now and also to strengthen your ability to be in your body and in connection with your adult self. I’m here to support you with your ability to do that. In this process you might come even more in touch with your life force and your heart.
This kind of journey can help us to become more whole and to enter back into the larger conversation with all life which I believe is happening within each of us already. It’s more about the recognition and active participation of this reality, the living of this ongoing (often nonverbal) conversation.
I’m in service of you, reconnecting more deeply with your own inner guidance. Your ability to deeply listen - and to hear. And to finding the courage to act from your knowing.
I’m witnessing, presencing, listening and asking questions. These are all portals to your own deeper knowing. In that way I’m journeying with you on terms of - and in the rhythm of your unique essence. That said: you, with your unique place and essence are never separate from the whole web. And I am in that way and in that moment part of your bigger conversation too. As is the external physical environment, the place and natural and internal landscape - where you are.
We are sitting in a space where you are invited to sink more deeply into your original place within your own self. Getting to know yourself more intimately, becoming more whole and resourced. Finding your ways of belonging to the world. And becoming more familiar with how the underlying current of life wants and already does move (through) you.
These sessions can be used as:
~ Support in times when you know you’ve reached or have just crossed a threshold in your life and don’t really know how to navigate that (inner and outer) terrain.
~ Support in remembering your true connection to yourself, to your true place - within yourself and in the bigger world). Finding your unique way of being alive.
~ Preparation for Vision Quest (also Solo Vision Quests) and other kinds of deep transformative journeys that you feel called to.
~ Support in integrating deep experiences (for example after Vision Quest or other soul-stirring events within your life) and to “make sense” out of them.
It’s not about fixing things or fixing you. Or to make everything “ok” again on a superficial level. It’s really about entering the larger conversation that (only) you can have (in that particular way) within this lifetime. And where you can find the place of knowing deep down in your bones, what contribution you are to this changing world - first of all: by being you.

~ Fortnightly sessions with a break after 6 Sessions (24 sessions / year).
Depending on how you would like to pay, sessions are between 130 - 100 €
24 sessions x 130 € = 3120 € : 12 = 260 € / monthly payment (245 € after deposit)
